What is it about libraries?

I was driving very slowly home due to a repeat performance of Operation Stack and was listening to the radio. Greg James was in Norwich which is my home town. Radio One will be holding The Big weekend there which will be good. I hope they feature some local bands. Greg went to uni there and so enjoyed revisiting the UEA (University of East Anglia)  and while there he couldn't resist getting a loud hailer and creating a disturbance in the library.
There is something about Libraries. I also wish to make loud noises and do silly things in them. Surely others feel the same?
